# Terms of Service / EULA — Mezzala Games

> End User License Agreement for My Legacy: Football Career by Mezzala Games.

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Mezzala Games (“Developer”) and the person who installs and/or uses the App (“User”). By using the App you accept this Agreement. Contact: hello@mezzalagames.com.

## 1. Acceptance & scope

By downloading, installing or using My Legacy: Football Career (the “App”) you accept all terms here. If you do not accept, do not use the App and remove it from your device.

## 2. License

The Developer grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple or Google devices you own or control, for the term of this Agreement and while you comply with it. Apple App Store / Google Play usage rules take precedence.

## 3. Restrictions

- No reverse engineering, decompiling, cracking, redistribution or derivative works.
- No renting, selling, licensing or transferring the App.
- No interfering with the App’s operation or other users’ use.
- No automation, bots or exploits for unfair advantage.
- No violating applicable laws, provider (Apple/Google) rules or third-party rights.

## 4. In-app purchases

The App may offer optional one-time purchases (e.g. “Remove Ads”, support packs). All purchases complete through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to those store policies. Refunds are handled by the relevant store; the Developer cannot process refunds directly.

## 5. User content

You may enter a player name, team abbreviation or personal notes, stored only on your device. You agree not to enter offensive, illegal or otherwise inappropriate content. Using real person or club names is at your own risk and responsibility.

## 6. Disclaimer (“AS IS”)

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, and the Developer is not liable for data loss, device incompatibility or third-party service issues.

## 7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months (or 0 Turkish lira if you paid nothing).

## 8. Intellectual property

All software, art, text, music, icons and brand elements in the App are owned by or licensed to Mezzala Games. No rights are transferred except those expressly granted here.

## 9. Apple additional terms

If you downloaded via the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard “Licensed Application End User License Agreement” also applies. Apple is not a party to this Agreement but is a third-party beneficiary.

## 10. Termination

This Agreement applies until you delete the App or breach its terms. On breach, your license terminates automatically and you must stop using the App.

## 11. Governing law & contact

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Questions: Mezzala Games — hello@mezzalagames.com
