# Privacy Policy — Mezzala Games

This Privacy Policy explains what data My Legacy: Football Career (the “App”), developed by Mezzala Games (“we”, “the developer”), processes and how. By installing and using the App you accept this policy. Contact: privacy@mezzalagames.com.

## 1. Data we store

The App stores the minimum data it needs to work primarily on your device. No account, career or statistics data is sent to Mezzala Games' own servers.
- Game saves: career progress, player stats, finances, achievements (up to 3 slots).
- Preferences: language, currency, sound, notification and privacy choices.
- Local technical state: version number and UI preferences.
This data lives in device storage and is gone completely when you delete the App.
If you choose to enable cloud backup, an encrypted copy of your game save is uploaded to your own Google Drive account (in a private, app-only storage area you cannot browse). This backup is stored under your Google account, not on Mezzala Games' servers, and is only accessible to the App. See Google's privacy policy.

## 2. Data we do not collect

- Your name, email or phone number (except the minimum provided if you choose a sign-in provider — see §3).
- Sensitive personal data (health, religion, political views, etc.).
- Precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.
- Behavioral analytics or usage tracking. Only anonymous crash reports are sent when the App encounters an error — see §4 (Sentry).

## 3. Sign-in providers (Apple, Google)

The optional “Sign in with Apple” / “Sign in with Google” buttons only create a session identifier on the device. With a provider we receive an anonymous user ID and optionally an email, stored locally only — never sent to our servers. See Apple and Google privacy policies.

## 4. Third-party services

- RevenueCat (in-app purchase management) validates billing via Apple/Google APIs. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
- Google Sign-In SDK (optional login only).
- Google AdMob — serves advertisements and may collect device identifiers for ad targeting. See policies.google.com/privacy.
- Sentry (crash reporting) — when the App encounters an unexpected error, a technical report (error details/stack trace, device model, operating system version, App version and an anonymous installation identifier) is sent so that we can diagnose and fix the issue. It contains no name, email or game data, and is sent only when an error occurs. See sentry.io/privacy.

## 5. Ads & tracking

The App displays advertisements (rewarded and interstitial ads) through Google AdMob. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent will be requested; declining shows non-personalized ads. A one-time “Remove Ads” purchase is available.

## 6. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (COPPA / GDPR-K / KVKK). If you believe a child’s data reached our device, contact privacy@mezzalagames.com.

## 7. Your rights (GDPR / KVKK / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection/restriction, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Because all data is stored only on your device, you can erase it by uninstalling the App or from Game Settings → Reset Careers.

## 8. Retention & account deletion

Data stays on your device; deleting the App removes it all. The App creates no account; if you signed in with Apple or Google you can remove the local session from Game Settings with Sign out from Google or Sign out from Apple. If you enabled cloud backup, your encrypted save also lives in your own Google Drive app-storage area; removing the App's access in your Google Account settings, or erasing your careers from Game Settings → Reset Careers, removes it.

## 9. Security

Because data is only on your device, baseline security depends on your device configuration. Communication with third-party services uses HTTPS/TLS.

## 10. Changes

When we change this policy we update the “last updated” date and announce material changes in-app.
